Hot on the hells of Empire's Billboard 200 chart debut last week (#155), English lad-rock 4-piece Kasabian have announced an additional week of u.s. shows:

Nov 15 Atlanta - Center Stage
Nov 16 St Petersburg - State Theatre
Nov 17 Orlando - The Social
Nov 19 Houston - Numbers
Nov 20 Austin - La Zona Rosa
Nov 21 Dallas - Gypsy Tearoom
The band recently posed for a photo spread with photographer Mick Rock. The pictures will appear in an issue of Playboy magazine that will hit the racks in Feb '07. The band commented on their website:
"We're reliably informed that Playboy is a much more respectable gentlemans' publication than you might think. Certainly we've always read it for the golf and motoring articles."
Meanwhile current Kasabian tourmates Mew (who won't be on the above dates) have added some of their own headlining dates, according to their myspace:
