The Sugarcubes Reunion Show!

   
It's been almost two decades since The Sugarcubes helped put Iceland on the musical map by starting their own label and releasing their first single, "Birthday." Last Friday, The Sugarcubes reunited for the first time in 14 years with Bjork for a one night stand in Reykjavik, Iceland, in celebration for the 20th anniversary of their debut single. We were shivering in the cold streets of Reykjavik, but once The Sugarcubes took the stage to a cheering sold-out crowd, our hearts were warmed with those classic, quirky hits, including an Icelandic version of "Birthday," "Motorcrash," "Delicious Demon" and "Hit."
