Chart Rundown

As expected, Kanye West took over the charts with the release of 808's & Heartbreak, easily grabbing the #1 spot, selling just over 450K.  The Killers' Day & Age and Coldplay's Prospekt's March EP also saw excellent first week sales, each making it into the top 15.  Meanwhile acts like MGMT, She & Him, Radiohead and Ra Ra Riot saw great jumps in sales thanks to the release of several end-of-year best-of lists.
